I thought it needed screws That's after I've found this, measured & cut it, very sturdy it attached very easily. The material is a tight knit, low carpet. My cat is running up and down jumping off no problem

The glue really stays and my cats liked it, but they have already started destroying the fabric. I don't know how long it will last.

used to renew the wall tree of my cat which was on the foam, frankly TOP rendered very good, costs easily at cutter like scissors, it seems to stick very well, I still made a cross underneath with the mastic glue to be sure, the film is a little annoying to come off on the adhesive part and tighten in several pieces but frankly for the price and quality it is negligible, TOP!
